ClickBank simply start charging administration fees if the account is dormant for more than 90 days. This means that if you stop using the account for an extended period, and then come back to it, you'll probably find that some or all of the commissions you previously earned are gone. You'll be able to start using the account again, but you will still not receive payment until all the payment criteria have been met. The accounts are not deactivated.
